Shipping policy
We currently ship to all states and territories within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days of receiving your order. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take a little longer — we'll keep you informed if there are any delays.
Shipping Options
We ship via Australia Post and offer the following options at checkout:

- Express Shipping — delivered within Australia Post's express delivery timeframes for faster delivery.
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location and external factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery through Australia Post.
